Am I allowed to customize the theme? There is no structure in their coding, and there is a big language barrier and its being ebokk in the codding.
I bought so many wordpress themes from Themeforest and always get very good technical support event though gemplatic has been more than 2 years. I opened tickets with them regarding my affiliate commission, 2 of them gone unanswered and 1 of them came with a simple statement: Support is of poor quality for a premium theme producer, do a google search for them or look on wordpress.

Their forum will simply waste your time for days before suggesting you submit a support ticket. I told Templatic about my fix for the problem and I gave it to them for FREE so that they could incorporate it into their theme and avoid the update problem for users. They are complete unprofessional human beings. They exceeded any expectations I had from the application and support. The developer version comes with tempatic layered Photoshop. Even the payment gateway plug-in is not free.
Stay away … stay FAR away! Man oh man Templatic what a scam.

A promotional as well as a user support and informative website for the book. I really find it difficult to see where the loss will be if a few templates in the pack give me a headache. It may look a little plain but with their classic look you can never go wrong whether you cater to the young generation or the older ones.
More use of shortcodes with Templaatic Composer will be much better.
I a was furious. I must ad tho, tjeme i have not tested their templates, only their support, and since im not a webdeveloper in any way templahic is a main factor to me. I am very impressed by both the speed and patience the Templatic team showed in the process. You can also try using a different browser; that should help for sure. Impossible to configurate, themes have issues, changes colours by itsefl. I sent a message to them via paypal. Your review is a completely accurate description of their products. I feel cheated out of my money.
